Hi, I’m Casey Renegar  L.M.T.

   

      I am a message therapist with almost seven years

     experience.  I am very spiritual and as an Aquarius,  I

     am intrigued by the mystical side of life.  (I have had

     many strange adventures that have led me to where I

     am today!)   Originally from North Carolina, I moved

     to Salt Lake City in 2000  to see what the west was all about.

     Consequently, I discovered a calling to give the gift of massage.   I went to   

     school right here in Salt Lake City.  I find it incredibly rewarding to facilitate

     the release a good massage can provide.

     One of my specialties is deep tissue massage.  I am quite adept at locating 

     trigger points and adhesions deep within the muscle tissue that chronic pain

     and trauma can exacerbate.  Whether you are suffering from an old sports

     injury or working too long in front of the computer, I can help.  With just a

     few treatments, you can experience lasting results you may have thought 

     were not possible.  If you like deep pressure,  my culmination of segmental

     bodywork, trigger point therapy, and Swedish are just what you are looking

     for....

     However, if you are looking for something more soothing and relaxing, I

     have techniques to satisfy you as well.  I can also give a more meditative 

     massage utilizing energy work from polarity and cranial sacral mixed with

     medium to light focused work using Swedish effleurage and petrissage

     strokes.

     Before I go, let me tell you about another of my specialties. I have a hot stone

     protocol that will both relax and detoxify your muscles.  An ancient and

     effective technique that is both intense and hypnotically relaxing.  I place

     smooth, heated basalt stones on key places along your body while rubbing

     you down with a series of stones using hot oil.  It is physical and energetic and

     just all around great!  This is a MUST after a long day of skiing/snowboarding

     the greatest snow on Earth.  An hour and a half of deep bliss....
